Nork-Marash, Amanoo Residential Complex

A unique property for Yerevan, the architecture of the Amanoo complex is striking for its beauty and panoramic views of the city and majestic Ararat.

We were tasked with organizing a space that includes a living room with a kitchen, a master bedroom and a children's bedroom, a separate laundry room, and two bathrooms, adhering to minimalism in grey tones. The case was complicated by the geometry of the complex; external walls and inter-apartment partitions are radial.

Thanks to the ingenuity of the project's lead architect, Anahit, working together with the team, we achieved the desired outcome. Moreover, the panoramic view of Yerevan is visible right from the threshold of the apartment.
